Therefore, I was feeling groggy and irritated. But guess what people like me, like us, tend to do. We accept how we feel as our baseline. This simply is NOT true. If you are on meds and you don't feel so great, day after day, you begin to think that you feel that way because you were born to feel that way. You deserve to feel like shit for xyz reasons. And you just get used to it.
As a sometimes smart human, I have control over my body and my decisions. After my hospital stay, I switched psychiatrists (obviously, he wasn't helping much- especially since he sad, "Nah, you don't need a therapist. All they do is talk and talk about themselves." I am on different meds and feel good, except that now, I sweat through my clothes, sheets, and comforter each night. HELP!!! Does anyone what to do? A home ready of sorts? Or is this what my body is doing to rid the nasty Klonopin from it.
If you have any homemade remedies that have worked for you, please let me know. Homemade..... yes. Did I tell you that I'm a hippy at heart?
